Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at bagtagbkk. Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we have established the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products (including custom dimensions, designs, and materials), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer error. Each item is manufactured specifically for you; therefore, it cannot be resold.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in the customization process (e.g., wrong spelling compared to your order form), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Process: Email us at design.eslv@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.
Resolution: We will offer a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item at no additional cost to you.
3. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the production process has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
4. International Shipping & Customs
For our international customers, please note:
Customs Fees: bagtagbkk is not responsible for any destination customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or a failure to pay local customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
