1. Design Preview

Your design preview will be sent within 2 working days (Mon–Fri) via email, IG, WhatsApp, or LINE.

2. Revisions

Up to 2 revisions are included.

Please contact us via email, IG (@happylifestation / @bagtagbkk only), WhatsApp, or LINE, and include your order number (#1XXX) for faster support.

3. Approval

Once approved, we’ll proceed with production.

4. Production & Shipping

Orders ship the next working day after production.

Total processing time is at least 3 working days, including quality checks.

5. Tracking & Delivery

Estimated delivery time:

• Asia: 5–10 days

• Other regions: 7–14 days

We’ll send you the tracking number and product photos, and your local postal service will complete the delivery.
