- Personalize your tag — On the product page, fill in the personalization fields: your name, employee ID, crew position, and airline. Use the remark field for any special requests or airlines not listed in the dropdown.
- Place your order — Add to cart and complete checkout. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
- Receive your design proof — Our design team sends your first draft within 2 business days. Review it carefully ; should you require any adjustments, simply reply directly to the draft email to ensure your feedback is tracked.
- Approve and we produce — Once you confirm the design, we move straight into production process.
- Shipped to your door — Your tag ships via Thailand Post Air Mail. Delivery to within Asia takes 7–10 business days; to the rest of the world 7–14 business days. A tracking number is sent to your email.
